In October 1998, a twenty-one-year-old student at the University of Wyoming was kidnapped, severely beaten, and left to die because he was gay. Members of the Tectonic Theater Project conducted more than 200 interviews with the people of the town and have constructed a deeply moving theatrical experience from these interviews. The Laramie Project is a breathtaking collage that explores the depths to which humanity can sink and the heights of compassion of which we are capable. This play is directed by Judy Reeves, Michele Richey & Sam Martinez and features Marjory Johnston, Caryn Fulda, Christopher Krause, Chip Davison, Megan Nix, Chris Cancila, Soren Bergegan, Reijon Liboon, Dixie Cooper & Mark Maccato with Marylin Faulkner, Terry Talley & Pamela Branstetter backstage and Kiki Cummings in the tech booth.

Bear Bust at Eagle Houston – Glow Party!
Come out and have a few drinks with your fellow Bears at the Monthly Bear Bust! Drink specials all night long at our upstairs room served up by your friendly (and sexy) beartenders! Members get the drink specials for free, non-members can purchase a bracelet for $5 at the door, allowing them access to the drink specials. Interested in joining the bears, or meeting the active members? This is an excellent event to do so!
