Omega House is an 8-bed hospice located in the heart of the Montrose area, where around-the-clock personalized care is provided through our patient-centered approach, which focuses on preserving dignity and quality of life, with people receiving the comfort, care, treatment, and support they need and deserve.

In 1986, Omega House became the first hospice facility in the state of Texas and has served our community since then.
